The Goyder Institute brings together South Australia’s leading water research capabilities, in collaboration with CSIRO, to support the security and management of South Australia’s water supply and contribute to water reform in Australia.

Between 2007 and 2012, CSIRO was a major partner of the Urban Water Security Research Alliance, delivering knowledge and solutions to help ensure a sustainable future water supply for the people of South East Queensland.
